Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the service

AlphaSight Capital provides access to a digital technology service — specifically, access to automated and copy trading tools via third-party platforms. The service is subscription-based and access is granted immediately upon payment. Because access to the service is provided instantly and in full upon subscription, the service is a digital product delivered on demand.

2. No refund policy

All subscription payments made to AlphaSight Capital are non-refundable. This applies to:

• Initial subscription payments
• Recurring monthly or periodic subscription payments
• Any partial billing period
• Any period during which you chose not to use the service
• Any period during which you were dissatisfied with trading performance or results

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with trading outcomes, or technical issues arising from third-party platforms outside AlphaSight Capital's control.

AlphaSight Capital does not guarantee any trading results. Subscription fees are charged for access to technology and tools only, not for any financial return or performance outcome. 3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.

• Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period
• You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period after cancellation
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, not the date of cancellation request

To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@alphasightcapital.com or manage your subscription directly through the billing portal link provided in your subscription confirmation email.

4. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, AlphaSight Capital reserves the right to issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. The existence of this discretion does not create any obligation or entitlement to a refund and will not be exercised in response to dissatisfaction with trading performance.

If you believe there has been an error in billing — for example, a duplicate charge — please contact us immediately at support@alphasightcapital.com with details of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.

5. Chargebacks

By subscribing to the service, you agree to contact AlphaSight Capital directly at support@alphasightcapital.com to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will endeavour to respond to all billing queries within 5 business days.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your access to the service and may be considered a breach of these terms.

6. Eligibility and jurisdiction

Subscriptions are only available to persons who meet the eligibility criteria set out in our Terms of Service. Persons located in, resident in, or nationals of any Restricted Jurisdiction are not permitted to subscribe.
