AlphaSight Capital is a trading name of ASC Technologies Limited (Business Registration No. 80024444-000-03-26-4), a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR and registered at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our").

• Hold, receive, transmit, or safeguard any client money or financial assets
• Request, accept, or operate under any limited power of attorney (LPOA) or equivalent authority over any user account
• Place, execute, route, or arrange any trade or order on your behalf
• Act as a broker, dealer, market maker, or counterparty in any financial transaction
• Operate or manage a collective investment scheme, fund, or pooled vehicle of any kind

When you use SocialTraderTools or any other third-party platform referenced through our Services to connect your trading account to any strategy, you do so as an independent user acting entirely on your own initiative and under your own authority. You retain full control of your account at all times. All trading activity executed through your account — including activity resulting from automated or copy trading connections — is your activity and your sole responsibility.

We may receive referral or affiliate compensation from brokers or platform providers when you use links on this website to open an account. This does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or regulated relationship between you and us. Broker and platform selection remains entirely at your discretion.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

By using the Services, you acknowledge and confirm that:
